Nora Turley Honored with Guardian Angel Award

One St. Luke's associate made Marie Hacke's recent stay in the hospital 'a little bit brighter.'
"Nora Turley really went above and beyond her housekeeping role to make me feel special," said Marie in honoring Nora with a Guardian Angel Award. "She gave me encouragement and helped me pass the time. Since my father-in-law emigrated from Germany as a young man, we had so much to talk about!"
Nora is pictured in the photo above with St. Luke's President & CEO Ted Townsend as she received her Guardian Angel card and pin.
The Guardian Angel program gives a patient or family an opportunity to express appreciation for a specific St. Luke's associate, department or volunteer who made a difference in their health care experience. The gift is then directed to either the associate's department or to the Guardian Angel Fund.
