Nurse Rachel Smith Honored with a Guardian Angel Award
St. Luke’s Birth Care Nurse Rachel Smith was recently honored with a Guardian Angel Award by a Marion couple who wanted to recognize her excellent care.
The couple wrote, “Your kindness touched our hearts and our lives. Thank you!”

The Guardian Angel program gives a patient or family an opportunity to express appreciation for a specific St. Luke’s associate, department or volunteer who made a difference in their health care experience. The gift is then directed to either the associate’s department or to the Guardian Angel Fund.
